We are in the last days, what visions are you seeing? What vision are you seeing for yourself, community and Nigeria as a whole? The young men in Joel 2 v 28 refers to both young man and woman.

We live in times and seasons to catch a vision to create the future, and not to complain or Siddons look.

What is vision? Vision is the ability to see a picture of a desired picture within the mind and taking responsibility to make it a reality.

-vision is the ability to see beyond now or today.

-vision is the ability to see into the future.

- Vision is the Picture you are seeing within.

The power of a Positive vision is the most forceful motivator for change for success, an individual, organization and nations possess.

In spite of numerous challenges facing us as a nation, the power of vision will make you as an individual to be committed towards achieving a Positive Noble cause.

Proverbs 29:18 says, "Where there is no vision, the people perish."

Vision preserves the future and give the people hope. But where there is no vision, the people die, cry and goes hungry, which is the situation that is happening in so many African countries because the Leaders lacks vision. Africa is in dire need of Visionary Leaders. Vision is what makes a Leader .It is a virtue of a Leader. People follows a Leader, the Leaders follows the Vision.

I challenge you today to catch a vision for yourself and Nigeria. Nigeria needs people like you and I who can see beyond Now. People who can create the Future. The power of vision motivated the Wright brothers to overcome disappointment and failure and build a flying machine. It motivated a small, unrefined, motley group of 12 men to change the world. They caught the vision of their leader, Jesus, and set the whole course of history.

Wisdom is the principal thing, in all thy getting get understanding - prov 4v5

I was at the Sunday morning service , My Pastor preached on the message ,title: wisdom ,In this week Truth series ,I will be sharing with you some of the things he said and most things that were running through my mind during the preaching.

One of the profound statement he made was that wisdom is doing the right thing at the right time with the right purpose to get the right result. He said wisdom is knowing what to do to get the desired result. He said most people can fast and pray but still few lack the wisdom to know the right thing to do. And knowing what to do Now is what takes one to the next level of our lives which we all desire but very few people get to their next level because they lack the wisdom.

WHAT IS WISDOM? According to wikipedia,Wisdom is a deep understanding of people, things, events or situations, empowering the ability to choose or act to consistently produce the optimum results with a minimum of time and energy.

Wisdom is knowing what to do next; Skill is knowing how to do it, and Virtue is doing it.- david starr jordan

Through out our classes from kindergarten in Nursery to our final year in the university ,and even in our post graduate courses .Their is no subject called wisdom 101 or Introduction to wisdom or The Principles of wisdom, but from the scripture above ,we are made to understand that wisdom is life fundamental, in finance,marriage,business,career,Governance,Leadership,Relationship etc.

In this age and time, we need to manifest wisdom to our world ,we need wisdom to be relevant, we need wisdom to be relevant. My Pastor shared the story of Esther, that with wisdom,she presented Her case to the King, to the point that the King committed himself to do anything She wanted from him. In this generation, where graduating with first class is not a guarantee to secure a job; wisdom is needed to know what next to do. wisdom is needed to know which business to venture into, wisdom is needed to know how to raise capital to set up the business, wisdom is needed to know how to rightly implement business ideas. It now occurs to me that many are idle and jobless especially youths because they lack the wisdom to know what to do with what they have or where to start from.

⁵ If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously -James 1v5.May God give our generation wisdom to be relevant and to do the extraordinary in our NATION.

TRUTH SERIES 22: YOU ARE THE CAPITAL U NEED

THE GREATEST CAPITAL REQUIRED IS YOU ; YOU ARE THE HUMAN CAPITAL

Most times, people especially young people complain they cannot start their business ideas because there is no Capital i.e money, But I want to challenge you with an Inspiring real life story I read in a Book. Here goes the story….

A mega laundry business started with an individual who knocked at a door “I can wash and iron for you, provide me water and soap and iron “he was given the entire household’s clothe, he washed, ironed and was given N1,000.He started washing for an entire block of six flats N 6,000 per week.

He hired 2 young boys and moved into the next block of 6 flats that is N 12,000/week because he did well he moved in into the next until he took on the entire estate of 36 flats : N36,000/ week and then 4 staff.

With these he started buying equipments and then he started all over again in another estate until his turnover in a month was over N100, 000.

He then stopped washing within the estates rented a shop at the heart of town, bought a truck and started bringing in clothes from about 50 families.

His new neighbors saw a track record of excellence and they started taking their clothes there…and then his turnover jumps from N100,000 to N800,000 and on and on,

…he started with no dime .So check out your own version and start out. THE GREATEST CAPITAL REQUIRED IS YOU; YOU ARE THE HUMAN CAPITAL. ( excerpts from the Blue print by dele Osunmakinde )

There are Laws that govern the world which we can’t change,compete or contest with. It works irrespective of location, tribes, people, continents, seasons etc.
Some of the Laws are-

A, Law of sowing and reaping
B, Law of Gravity-what goes up, must come down.
C, Law of buying and selling

In life, we are either buying or selling .The world is a market place ,to be relevant and be fulfilled in Life everyone must come to the market place to trade or occupy with something. Because no individual have or known everything. Buying and selling must takes place, But we will be more happier and fulfilled about life when we are selling more than buy. To put it this way, the rich sells more than buying, while the poor buys more than selling. It is the poor than enrich the rich because they sells more than buying. 29 For the one who has will be given more, and he will have more than enough. But the one who does not have, even what he has will be taken from him. Matthew 25v29

The creator, God has blessed everyman according to different abilities with something to trade with, so nobody is empty. 15 To one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey.-Matthew 25:15-16

Our major assignment in Life is to discover what we are born to sell or trade with. Or else we will be occupying doing nothing or we will be helping others to sell what they are selling. Remember, your educational certificate might fail you, but what you are born to sell and deliver to your world will never fail you, because it is unique. People are ready to pay for what ever you are ready to sell it could be your ideas,abilities,skills,Talents,Knowledge and so on. See u next week.
