TRUTH SERIES 16:NIGERIA NEED YOU

There lived a teenage boy who came from a humble background; he was also the youngest in his family. He resides in a town which was constantly besieged by war. Also, his country men are forced to contend with a giant who oppress and dispossess them of their belongings; as such the people live in perpetual fear. All attempts to overthrow this giant usually prove abortive even from the best of qualified and trained solider. At last! there came an opportunity for the young lad to confront the giant, it was an unexpected time and experience for him, with his little knowledge of hunting and a resolute mind, he was able to surmount the giant which has been terrorizing them for a long time. At the end, he became a record breaker, he became a hero, he became a commander, He and his family became popular, He delivered his nation, He solved a national problem and he later became a king. The young man is David, an Israelite; the giant soldier is Goliath, a Philistine.

TRUTH SERIES 15: BECOME A LIGHT IN A DARKEST NATION

14"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.

15Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they

put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16In the

same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good

deeds and praise your Father in heaven. MATTHEW 5: 14-15

Our country is facing diverse problems; chief of them is electricity
power supply. Nigeria is producing just about 3,000mwatts of
electricity for its 140million while another African country of 80
million people is generating 45,000mwatts of electricity. Because of
this grossly inadequate power generation, Nigerian economy largely
depends on the use of alternative power source of generators, which
is quite costly and weighing down.

Our country has been rated as one of the darkest nation on earth interms of electricity, this same country has the Largest numbers of Born again christains, who as well be refer to as the righteous,so we are blessed with people who God called the light of the world,But,unforturnately, we are where we are today because the unrighteous and the wicked ones who are mostly at the helms of affairs, they have refused to do things right. They intentionally make our refineries and power generation stations not funtional because of selfish gains. Only God will judge.

In spite of all these, there is still hope for us as an individual and as a Nation, because God has planted you and I in Nigeria, who he refer to as the Light of the world,Light is only celebrated when their is darkness. We have a mandate to rise to responsibility. We have an assignment to respond to what we can do.In the midst of many goliaths threatning our nation,You and I are the davids of our time.In the midst of racism threathning the blacks American in early 60s,Martin luther King Jnr rose to the occassion, and He has put his name in the sand of time,You and I can do it,YES WE CAN.
Evil prevails when good men do nothing -Edmund Burke

In the truth series 6:IT IS NOT YET OVER FOR NIGERIA,http://uniqueseunadeagbo.blogspot.com/2009/09/truth-series-5sa-2010-it-is-not-yet.html, Where I challenged Nigerians not to lose hope of our chances of qualification.
I can boldly say millions before have lost hope on our qualification, but some thing tells me that God most times manifest when His people are in tight corner, just before the match, many refer to the super eagles as super chickens, which is not patriotic enough.
There are many Lessons we can learn from this qualification ,which we teach us not to give up our dream of our New Nigeria.Lets take a look at some of the Lessons.
LESSON 1-BELIEVE THERE IS HOPE FOR NIGERIA,NIGERIA WILL NEVER BE A FAIL STATE.
LESSON 2-WE SHOULD ALWAYS WISH NIGERIA THE BEST INSPITE OF ALL ODDS.

LESSON 3- WE SHOULD ALWAYS BE POSITIVE .WHAT WE SEE ARE PHYSICAL THINGS ,WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
LESSON 4-IN EVERY SITUATION ,WE SHOULD ALWAYS SEE HOPE AND NOT GIVE UP.
LEASSON 5- NEVER SAY NEVER .EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE,NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.
LESSON 6-WE SHOULD ALWAYS SEE THE GLASS CUP AS HALF FILLED AND NOT AS HALF EMPTY.
LESSON 7-WE SHOULD NOT GIVE UP ON NIGERIA ECONOMIC SITUATION .CAN ANY GOOD THING COME OUT OF NIGERIA? PONDER
LESSON 8-WE SHOULD ALWAYS SPEAK POSITIVE,INSPITE OF WHAT WE ARE SEEING.
As we ponder on these lessons ,I believe you now agree with me that our dream of a New Nigeria is Possible ,YES WE CAN ,We can boldly say Good things will certainly come out of Nigeria.
Congratulations once again! Now we can start booking for our tickets to south africa.see u there.
